Welcome to Bloomspoon! We operate this online store, powered by Shopify, to provide you with delicious, fresh friands and related products.
By visiting or shopping with us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Privacy Policy.

You confirm you're 18 years or older (or have guardian consent). You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

Our products are handmade and perishable; colours or shapes may vary slightly.
Descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue items as needed.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only when confirmed and paid in full.
We may decline or cancel orders for reasons such as stock limits, suspected fraud, or errors.
Orders are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

4. Prices & payment

All prices are shown in AUD and include/exclude GST as indicated. Prices may differ from in-store offers.
You agree to provide valid payment details and authorise charges for your order, including GST and shipping.
Promotions may have their own terms, which override these if inconsistent.

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We're not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or access issues.

5A. Delivery partners & fulfilment

Orders may be delivered by Bloomspoon drivers or third-party couriers (e.g., Australia Post, Sendle, Uber Direct).
Once handed to a carrier, they are responsible for physical delivery.
If there's an issue, contact orders@bloomspoon.com.au
 and we'll liaise with the carrier to resolve it.

6. Intellectual property

All website content, logos, photos and materials are the property of Bloomspoon or our licensors.
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Copying or reproducing content without permission is prohibited.

7. Feedback & reviews

If you share feedback, photos or reviews, you grant Bloomspoon a royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that content for marketing or service improvement.
We may remove inappropriate or unlawful content.

8. Food safety & allergens

Our products may contain nuts (almond, pistachio), dairy, eggs, and are made in a kitchen handling gluten and other allergens.
Please review ingredient information carefully before ordering.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloomspoon is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our obligation is limited to replacement, re-supply, or refund.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of New South Wales.
